In April, Stuart Butler, senior fellow economist at Brookings, held a meeting on Young Invisibles. Jeff Levi and I gave opening remarks to a cross-sector group of experts. Drs.Sophia Jan and Roberta Williams, med-peds, shared how health systems care for Yi. Drs. Lauren Wisk and Ellen Iverson, health services researchers, shared how Yi are studied and fare. One expert said that Yi are the most neglected population ever! It was an amazing conversation and even more amazing to watch how Stuart was able to keep all these diverse experts on the same page:)
